A Runner’s Mind
A Runner’s Mind, the Bay Area’s local run specialty store, was founded in Burlingame in 2010 on our love of running and walking, a commitment to our community, and our passion for superior service. Our Los Altos location opened in 2017, where we’ve continued to offer the same great service while providing welcoming group runs to a whole new community of runners and walkers along the Peninsula and in the South Bay.

Hope’s Corner is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides hot, nutritious meals to homeless, low-income, and vulnerable individuals from Mountain View and surrounding communities. We’ve provided meals every Saturday since 2011from our location at the corner of Hope and Mercy Streets. To date, we’ve provided over 82,000 meals to hungry seniors, adults, and children.
In response to COVID-19, we've expanded our meals program. We added a Wednesday lunch, began delivering meals offsite to RV residents, and started providing meals to the Day Worker Center of Mountain View. We’re providing twice as many meals as before.

Running + Therapy
Running + Wellness + Therapy + Connection
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Long Distance Run Coach located in Los Altos. I offer a unique service that combines psychotherapy with running or walking outdoors. It’s a literal and figurative step forward to improving your life. I also offer coaching only services for people interested in training for anything from a 5K to a marathon.
Trader Joe’s is a limited assortment store, meaning we don’t carry 24 varieties of ketchup or a wall-full of mayonnaise. We tend to make exceptions to the whole “limited assortment” thing, though, when it comes to olive oil. There’s just so much good stuff! From all over the world, really, from Italy to California, and Tunisia to Spain…
